Avintus Employer Services to merge with Dominion Payroll Tennessee

NASHVILLE, TN. 8/1/16. Avintus Employer Services of Nashville is merging its operations with Dominion Payroll (DP) Tennessee, a leading payroll and workforce management firm. The combined company will operate as Dominion Payroll Tennessee and be based out of Nashville with offices in Jackson, MS.

“This merger with DP fits our strategy of offering the premier workforce management tools delivered with the care of a local service provider”, states Jason Poling CEO of the combined venture. “It is an opportunity for us deliver unrivaled service and support to our clients moving forward.”

DP Tennessee will have a customer service center based in Nashville and sales offices in both Nashville and Jackson, MS. “Our multi-state clients served out of the Tennessee office will now see increased local support levels to go with the already strong customer service that we provide” says Ray Fadool, President.
