On Thursday, September 22nd, Dominion Payroll hosted our Fall Blood Drive with the American Red Cross. Our Community Room was converted to a donation center with multiple beds and stations. We had employees, friends, partners, and neighbors all signup and stop in throughout the day. We were joined by American Red Cross Regional CEO, James Hatcher and Richmond Mayor Levar Stoney as well!
Led by Dominion Payroll Cultural Specialist, Susan Nixon, this is the second blood drive this year after the successful one we had last spring.
“Community is one of Dominion Payroll’s core values and we value our partnership with the American Red Cross and are grateful for the opportunity to open our doors to the community to help save lives,” says Susan.
“Our latest drive resulted in 37 donors, 14 first-time donors, 22 units collected, and the potential to impact 100 lives.”
