Dominion Payroll (formerly Dominion Payroll Services) launched a new brand identity today to signify the growth and innovation built over the company’s 15-year history.
“Our business has grown and changed tremendously over the past few years, and this was a good time to refresh our brand so it better reflects both the company we are today and the company we will be tomorrow” says CEO David Gallagher.
The new identity program was designed by the Dominion Payroll in-house team for today’s digital environments and includes a new logo, colors, and typography. The full program will be implemented throughout the year.
Dominion Payroll was founded in Richmond in 2002 by David Gallagher and David Fratkin and today serves over 2,500 clients nationwide from offices in 6 states. Headquartered in Richmond, DP now has 95 employees and delivers a full suite of payroll and human resource services.
“We have significantly expanded our services beyond just payroll to include time and attendance, benefits administration, applicant tracking and employee onboarding,” states President David Fratkin. “Coupled with the move to our new building this summer it’s the right time to roll this out.”
Dominion Payroll’s headquarters will relocate to Richmond’s Scott’s Addition later this summer. DP has partnered with Spy Rock Real Estate Group on a new live/work complex on Highpoint Avenue, where the firm will occupy 20,000 sq. ft. of new office space.
Dominion Payroll’s new tagline is, “Empowering Your Business”, which positions the firm as a partner with its clients. “The work we do really does empower our clients in their businesses: to work smarter, to engage employees, to achieve goals,” states Gallagher.
