Dominion Payroll is happy to continue our highly successful internship program this summer in Richmond, VA, for 10 lucky and hard-working college students!
This 4-week paid program offers college students the opportunity to focus on principles of Design Thinking and Project Based Learning. During their first week, our interns are introduced to our company, different departments, and values. For the remaining 3 weeks, they will be asked to specialize in a department where they will work with the director or manager of that department on a relevant “problem” experienced. Their job will be to research, interview, and think through the problem with fresh eyes and come up with some recommendations on how that problem can be addressed. At the end of the 4 weeks, the college students will present their research and suggested fixes to our Executive Team and the President/CEO.
While it is busy and intense work, our interns will also enjoy the fun atmosphere of Dominion Payroll, while learning and working alongside our employees.
