Dominion Payroll adds Andreas Addison as Director of Strategy & Engagement

Dominion Payroll is pleased to announce the recent hire of Andreas Addison, who joins the team as Director of Strategy & Engagement. In this new role, Addison will focus on strategic employee engagement initiatives to build on the company’s dynamic culture, continuing to make it an employer of choice in the area. Externally he will help structure Dominion Payroll’s community involvement to enhance local partnerships and expand on the many ways Dominion Payroll can make positive social and economic impacts to the citizens and businesses of Richmond.

CEO Dave Gallagher states, “Dominion Payroll already champions the communities we serve through philanthropic giving, volunteer participation, board memberships and hosting community events to raise awareness to specific causes. Andreas’ role will be to guide our focus and intent to better strengthen and quantify our community impact. As our business scales we want to enhance our company culture while expanding our involvement and service in the community.”

Addison, who will represent the 1st District in Richmond’s City Council in January, brings years of experience with strategy, innovation, analysis and management from previous positions with city government, Circuit City and Wells Fargo. He holds a BA from Virginia Tech and an MBA from University of Richmond.
