Dominion Payroll is proud to be recognized as a 2020 Top Workplace in the Richmond region by the Richmond Times-Dispatch.
“Over the years we have intentionally built a company culture that values our employees and is committed to serving our community. It’s incredibly exciting to have that work recognized in this award,” says CEO Dave Gallagher.
Hundreds of companies are evaluated every year in the seven-year-old Top Workplace recognition program. This year nearly 15,000 employees from all over the region responded to surveys evaluating their organizations on topics ranging from pay and benefits to work-life balance, company culture, and leadership. In 2020, 80 companies in Central Virginia were recognized with this prestigious award.
“It’s a tremendous honor to be included with such an esteemed group of companies. A true testament to the valuable work our people do and our ambition to be the employer of choice in the region. I couldn’t be more proud,” states President David Fratkin.
The Richmond Times-Dispatch works with Energage, a Pennsylvania-based employee research firm, to conduct the surveys. Winners not only rank the highest amongst respondents in the region, but also exceed national benchmarks.
“In the best of times, investing in the lives of our employees is incredibly important. In the midst of a pandemic, we really had to double-down and make sure that our company culture is lived beyond the walls of our offices. It’s been tough but incredibly rewarding to ensure that Dominion Payroll continues to support our staff in every way possible as we maintain a largely remote workforce,” says COO John Griffin.
Everybody at Dominion Payroll looks forward to landing on this list again and again in the years to come!
