Richmond, VA, July 11, 2017– Dominion Payroll announced that its new headquarters in Richmond’s historic Scott’s Addition neighborhood is now open for business.

We’re stoked to be a part of it and plant our flag here for the world to see.”

This building is a symbol of our commitment to this community, and we’re excited to be part of the revitalization of Scott’s Addition.”
The office occupies 20,000 square feet, the entire top floor, of a new building designed by Washington, D.C.’s Hickok Cole Architects and developed by Richmond, VA’s Spy Rock Real Estate. Dominion Payroll is both a primary investor and the keystone tenant in the building.
Not only a showcase of modern architecture both inside and out, the office features several key amenities that will enable Dominion Payroll to better serve their clients.
“We designed this office not only for ourselves, but our customers as well,” COO John Griffin said. “We’ve got much, much more space to meet with clients face-to-face, including a community room that will facilitate internal and external training for over 150 people at once. That’s something that wasn’t even close to feasible in our old space.”
Local artisans have been contracted to complete several key facets of the building’s interior, including a large painted mural and custom-fabricated reclaimed wood desks. A grand opening celebration is planned for fall.
