Make Open Enrollment Painless With Dominion Payroll

Fall is in the air! That means crisp autumn days, leaves changing colors, football…and, of course, open enrollment for most health plans. (What, open enrollment doesn’t pop into your head when you think of fall? Maybe that’s just us!) If you have your benefits administered by the team at Dominion Payroll, we’ll be hard at work making sure your open enrollment is a seamless one.

The earlier you plan for your open enrollment period, the better, which is why you can expect to be contacted by your friendly Dominion Payroll Benefits Team specialist 90 days prior to your plan renewal dates to discuss scheduling and updates to your specific plan, which we can then update right in the iSolved Benefits Administration module.

Not familiar with iSolved Benefits Administration? It’s got all kinds of features that could be, well, beneficial to you. You can:

  • Automate benefit enrollments to allow the system to accurately calculate payroll deduction amounts based on benefit plan coverage options—no more tedious double-entry of data!
  • Allow employees to sign up for benefits directly through a wizard-style portal, allowing them to directly compare plans and costs
  • Utilize the built-in Report Writer and Standard Benefits change reporting capabilities to prepare data for entry to your carrier
