We are pleased to announce that John Griffin has joined Dominion Payroll as Chief Operating Officer. John will oversee all operations including payroll processing, benefits administration, implementation and customer service. John had been with Capital One where he held roles across Operations, Supply Chain and HR with a focus on operational efficiency, process improvements, customer experience, and relationship management.
