Joe LaBella, Sales Manager for Dominion Payroll, epitomizes DP’s commitment to the community.
Joe is active with the United Way, the Richmond Business Council of the Greater Richmond Chamber, the Virginia Society of CPAs, the RMA as well as Chesterfield County Little League.
He is on the Education Action Council of the United Way, using his accounting background to analyze funding needs of various non-profits who seek support from United Way.
As a member of the Richmond Business Council, Joe is on the Outreach Committee. Also, he was an integral participant in the chamber’s membership drive which was chaired by DP CEO David Gallagher.
Dominion Payroll is the preferred vendor of both the VSCPA and the RMA and Joe acts as the coordinator for both organizations.
Finally, away from business, Joe coaches both basketball and baseball in the Chesterfield youth leagues.
DP is committed to serving the non-profits in its market areas. The company donated over $150,000 in 2012 in goods and services to such organizations as the Children’s Museum, Maymont Park, The Richmond Ballet, The Richmond Flying Squirrels, The Visual Arts Center, The Cultural Arts Center, Richmond Center Stage, and the Weinstein Jewish Community Center, as well as several theater groups and places of worship.
