Immersive Learning through Design Thinking
Our month-long internship is built on the foundation of design thinking, providing our interns with a unique opportunity to develop critical business skills while tackling real-world challenges.

2024 Intern Projects: Driving Innovation Across Departments
Our four exceptional interns made significant contributions across various departments:
Abby Kupstas explored AI technologies to enhance customer experience in Key Account and Client Experience departments.
Conner Parker designed an innovative bot for our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), to streamline access to crucial data and resources.
Jasmine Pierce conducted in-depth client data analysis, identifying key industries for targeted marketing campaigns.
Adam Ruehle applied advanced coding skills to improve back-office efficiencies, ensuring top-tier service for our clients.
To wrap up their projects, our interns delivered compelling presentations to the entire company, showcasing their innovative solutions and demonstrating the significant impact of their findings on Dominion Payroll’s operations and client services. These presentations not only highlighted our interns’ analytical skills and creativity but also provided valuable insights that could potentially reshape our business strategies and enhance our service.
