In the spirit of New Year’s Resolutioning, we have resolved to better our communication with you (our dearest clients) in 2015. As part of that effort, we’re planning a monthly newsletter series that’ll help keep you informed about new products and services, important upcoming dates and events, and payroll/HR-related articles to help you stay on top of government regulations. Welcome to The Time & a Half.

Since The Time & a Half is all about keeping you up to date with the happenings around DP, I wanted to take a minute to let you know about some of the things we’ve been doing to be better for you in 2015! There are many many great things on the horizon, so I’ve got a selection of high points for now with more to come as we move forward in the new year.

One huge project we’ve been investing heavily in is training programs for our operations staff. Over the past few months, we’ve developed and implemented programs that will ensure our staff is well-equipped to meet your needs. For now, we’re focusing most of our efforts on increasing payroll industry knowledge, system knowledge, and service skills.

We are also deep into development on a new web site with a focus on an improved user experience, search functionality, and a deeper resource library. (You’ve seen the beginnings of this with the customer service help center.) The pace on upgrades to the iSolved platform has ramped up over the last couple of months, and it’s full steam ahead from here to get all of you on the iSolved payroll platform so that you can take advantage of the latest and greatest in payroll technology.

As I mentioned in my intro, we are launching a monthly newsletter, which will link back to blog posts and articles hosted on the new website. You’ll see unprecedented collaboration between our marketing and service departments as we strive to keep you up-to-date on payroll current events, changes at DP, upcoming product releases, and more!
