At Dominion Payroll we are very proud of the company we’ve built over the last 20 years of business. In 2002, David Gallagher and David Fratkin ran with the idea of starting a payroll company alternative that didn’t just supply products but also focused on offering valuable customer service to clients along with a healthy work environment for employees; establishing Dominion Payroll.
Today, Dominion Payroll is regarded as a powerhouse payroll and HR provider to our over 5,000 clients from across all 50 states. Starting as just a team of 2, we’ve now grown to over 200 team members in 6 different locations across the country. As a way to celebrate all of our accomplishments and continue to push forward through the next 20 years, we are rolling out a new look for Dominion Payroll, we’re calling DP Go!
So, what does all of this mean?
Building on our history we are rolling out an updated look and new goals to push us toward the future. For us, DP Go represents our approach to business. We are consistently moving forward with purpose, strategy, and intention to be proactive and innovative in better serving our clients and delivering value.

We are more than just payroll. We believe we achieve amazing things together as a team by creating dynamic solutions for our clients while consistently raising the bar – both within our workplace and throughout our industry.
