We are excited to welcome Robin Ransom (left) and Shayna Cooke (right) to Dominion Payroll as members of the executive team. Both Robin and Shayna bring extensive experience and incredible talent to the firm.
Robin Ransom joins as Chief Financial Officer and will oversee the business’s financial management and future growth. Robin previously served as CFO at Commonwealth Commercial Partners as well as Senior Strategic Analyst for MeadWestvaco. She received her B.S. in Accounting from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and her MBA from The College of William and Mary.
Dr. Shayna Cooke is Vice President Human Capital and will lead strategic leadership in personal development for the firm’s 150 employees.
Shayna previously served as Director of Professional Learning at the World Leadership School and on the faculty at both Steward and Collegiate schools. She has both a B.S. and MAT from the University of South Carolina and an Ed.D from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Shayna’s role is a new one. Robin will succeed Mauri Whitehurst who is set to retire as CFO at the end of June.
