Stepping onto the 101 degree tarmac, we knew that the weather was not the only thing that was going to be hot! The isolved CONNECT 2023 conference was the most red-hot event of the year - full of transformative sessions, dynamic keynotes, valuable networking opportunities and so much more.
A cohort of engaged Dominion Payroll team members were selected to represent the team in Palm Desert, CA. With business growth in mind, the team was primed to soak in best practices and knowledge share within the rapidly changing landscape of workforce management. Our passion for developing the best work force management products and industry leading service experience at Dominion Payroll drove our team to soak in all the professional development opportunities.

Sessions & Sneak Peaks
Our team was able to attend over 60 sessions, intensive workshops, speakers, and round-table events during our time at CONNECT. All of these content-rich opportunities enriched our knowledge share and provided a boost of inspiration that will carry us through 2024.
I had the honor to host one of the most engaged and acclaimed sessions at CONNECT - "Selling Superstars." I was joined by our friend Todd Linton from The Payroll Company. We provided industry leading insights into nurturing a successful sales team and techniques required to craft a winning sales strategy. The engaged audience was able to hear practical tips and tricks that they could take back to their team and implement and see results.
We were also excited to have the exclusive opportunity to hear about the exciting enhancements isovled plans to release in 2024.
