Striving for Excellence

2015 is shaping up to be the year of improvement at DP. In our ongoing challenge to “raise the bar” we’ve made strides and investments to better serve our customers.

We have adopted several new productivity tools that gain us efficiencies, allowing us to work smarter:

• Our Sales, Marketing, Benefits and Implementation teams have all migrated to Salesforce for our CRM. This robust software is superior to what we had been using and is already starting to show increased ease in maintaining good customer relations.
• Customer Service has been using ZenDesk since the beginning of the year for ticketing and service logs.
• The entire operation now works online with Office 365 and VOIP phone systems which allow for better communication and synergy between our offices.
  Additionally, our cloud-based payroll platform iSolved continues to improve, with new releases and features coming online all of the time.

Along with technological improvements we’ve addressed two areas where we saw a need.

1. With the move to iSolved, we felt that clients could use more training on this powerful platform. In the summer we rolled out our Training Department that holds monthly classes on iSolved, Employee Self-Service, Report Writing and more.
2. With the burden on employers to file properly for the Affordable Care Act we developed our Benefits Administration department and launched our ACA Compliance Care program.
   These undertakings are part of our effort to remain your trusted partner in managing your workforce.

Finally, we are quite proud of recent awards. We are one of three finalists for the Richmond Chamber of Commerce’s IMPACT Award, we have been nominated as one of Richmond’s Growing “Companies to Watch” by Venture RVA, and we have made the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest growing companies for the 6th year in a row! CEO Dave Gallagher and his wife Grace also won the Carol S. Fox Award for their development of the SpeakUp race series and CKG Foundation as well as being finalists for RTD’s 2015 Person of the Year.
