Laura Bowser

Laura Bowser is a Managing Director and Practice Leader of the Human Capital Consulting Practice at Fahrenheit Advisors, a Smith & Howard company, where she partners with business leaders to design practical, high-impact HR strategies that support growth, scale, and long-term performance. She works with organizations to identify the right HR structure and solutions for their stage of growth, ranging from fractional and interim support to targeted, project-based initiatives. Her experience spans HR strategy, compliance, private equity environments, organizational culture, and employee engagement. Laura has also played a key role in developing innovative HR technology tools that support organizational development and improve business outcomes. Laura’s career includes human capital consulting work with organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, as well as prior leadership as CEO of an award-winning HR and DEI consulting firm. She began her career in international relations at a multinational corporation in Beijing, focused on operations and procurement.
