Prior to joining Dominion Payroll, Josh was the EVP of Employer HR Group, a comprehensive HR service provider in Columbia, SC, for 11+ years. In this role, Josh served as a strategic HR business partner, helping owners and executives achieve and maintain operational efficiency while mitigating HR risks. Josh is a SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management) Certified HR Professional and trusted advisor with extensive knowledge of state and federal employment compliance, labor relations, policy implementation, OSHA training, and HR software solutions. Josh has participated in speaking and training opportunities with many industry associations, committees and management groups throughout the southeast. Josh is located in the Dominion Payroll Carolinas office in Columbia, SC, where he resides with his wife, two daughters and his Boxer, Gracie!
